- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background
Strong practical expertise in Performance Management; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Performance Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

- Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
