We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Delegation & Accountability delivery and are now seeking a strong Freelance Corporate Trainer for client needs connected to Kuwait City and Asia.

Position Summary

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Delegation & Accountability training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What Success Looks Like

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Delegation & Accountability content easier to apply after the session.

  • Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Kuwait City and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in Delegation & Accountability; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
