Role Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven SAP User Training expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in SAP User Training; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in in-person environments.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in SAP User Training with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Kuwait City, Kuwait, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
