Lead Learning Consultant – AI Governance Awareness – New Taipei

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for AI Governance Awareness and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to New Taipei and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead AI Governance Awareness learning engagements for professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make AI Governance Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured AI Governance Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to New Taipei and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in AI Governance Awareness; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
