Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Email Writing training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Yokohama, Japan, and across Asia. What You Will Support
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Email Writing content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
What We Are Looking For
