• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Ethics & Integrity content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Ethics & Integrity training sessions for client teams linked to Incheon and wider Asia.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Ethics & Integrity; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
