Lead Learning Consultant – Executive Presence (Xi’an)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Executive Presence and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Xi’an and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Executive Presence training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Xi’an, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What Success Looks Like

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Executive Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in Executive Presence; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Executive Presence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Xi’an, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
