Lead Learning Consultant for Onboarding – Dammam

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Onboarding and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Dammam and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Onboarding credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Onboarding training sessions for client teams linked to Dammam and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Onboarding; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
