Lead Learning Consultant for Performance Conversations – Lahore

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Performance Conversations and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Lahore and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Performance Conversations credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Performance Conversations content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Performance Conversations training sessions for client teams linked to Lahore and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
