Lead Learning Consultant (Karachi) – Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

This role supports the growth of our Cross-Functional Team Collaboration trainer pool and would suit a credible Lead Learning Consultant available for assignments associated with Karachi.

Role Overview

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Cross-Functional Team Collaboration credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Functional Team Collaboration content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Cross-Functional Team Collaboration training sessions for client teams linked to Karachi and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Cross-Functional Team Collaboration; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Cross-Functional Team Collaboration with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Karachi, Pakistan, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
