An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Personal Effectiveness learning engagements for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Jakarta, Indonesia, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Personal Effectiveness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Jakarta and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Personal Effectiveness; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Jakarta, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
