- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Personal Effectiveness content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Jakarta and wider Asia.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Personal Effectiveness; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
