  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Leadership Development content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Leadership Development training sessions for client teams linked to Kolkata and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
