Leadership Development Hybrid Learning Consultant – Shenzhen

For upcoming Leadership Development briefs, we are looking for a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant who can engage professional audiences linked to Shenzhen and surrounding markets.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Leadership Development expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Leadership Development content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Leadership Development training sessions for client teams linked to Shenzhen and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Leadership Development; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Leadership Development with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shenzhen, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
