An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Leadership Development learning engagements for people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Jaipur, India, and across Asia. The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Leadership Development content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Leadership Development training sessions for client teams linked to Jaipur and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
