Position Summary

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Lean Awareness credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Lean Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
