Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Data Analytics and is looking for a credible Learning & Development Consultant who can support assignments linked to Daegu and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Data Analytics assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data Analytics content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Data Analytics training sessions for client teams linked to Daegu and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Data Analytics; experience facilitating learning for business teams; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Data Analytics with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Daegu, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
