Learning & Development Consultant – Delegation & Accountability – Chongqing

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Delegation & Accountability and is looking for a credible Learning & Development Consultant who can support assignments linked to Chongqing and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Delegation & Accountability assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

Delivery Scope

  • Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Chongqing and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in Delegation & Accountability; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Chongqing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
