Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Difficult Conversations assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What You Will Support

What We Are Looking For

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Difficult Conversations with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Ahmedabad, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Hands-on credibility in Difficult Conversations; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
