Learning & Development Consultant (Doha) – Coaching & Mentoring

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Coaching & Mentoring delivery and are now seeking a strong Learning & Development Consultant for client needs connected to Doha and Asia.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Coaching & Mentoring expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Doha, Qatar, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Coaching & Mentoring; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Coaching & Mentoring with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Doha, Qatar, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
