Learning & Development Consultant for Workforce Planning – Samarkand

For upcoming Workforce Planning briefs, we are looking for a strong Learning & Development Consultant who can engage professional audiences linked to Samarkand and surrounding markets.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Workforce Planning training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What You Will Support

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workforce Planning content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Workforce Planning training sessions for client teams linked to Samarkand and wider Asia.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
