This role supports the growth of our Localization & Cross-Border Communication trainer pool and would suit a credible Client-Facing Trainer available for assignments associated with Manila.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Localization & Cross-Border Communication assignments in Manila, Philippines, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve professional communication quality in international business settings.
What Success Looks Like
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
Who This Would Suit
Hands-on credibility in Localization & Cross-Border Communication; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Localization & Cross-Border Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Manila, Philippines, and wider Asia where relevant.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
