Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Employee Engagement & Culture training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Medan, Indonesia, and across Asia. Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Employee Engagement & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Preferred Background
