Medan Lead Learning Consultant – Negotiation

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Negotiation delivery and are now seeking a strong Lead Learning Consultant for client needs connected to Medan and Asia.

Brief Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Negotiation credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Negotiation training sessions for client teams linked to Medan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Negotiation; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
