Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Microsoft 365 training for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Kolkata, India, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Microsoft 365 content easier to apply after the session.
