An upcoming client brief requires a capable specialist trainer who can lead Project Management Certification learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Muscat, Oman, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Project Management Certification content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Project Management Certification; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
