Brief Overview

Client is seeking an experienced training programme manager to deliver Succession Planning & Talent Strategy training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Succession Planning & Talent Strategy content easier to apply after the session.

Candidate Background

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Strong practical expertise in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

Expression of Interest

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

If this assignment fits your profile, please submit details of your facilitation experience, subject focus, and the types of client groups you typically support.
