Nanjing-Based In-House Trainer – Collaboration Tools

This role supports the growth of our Collaboration Tools trainer pool and would suit a credible In-House Trainer available for assignments associated with Nanjing.

Role Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Collaboration Tools assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Collaboration Tools content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Collaboration Tools training sessions for client teams linked to Nanjing and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Collaboration Tools; experience facilitating learning for business teams; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
