Nanjing Hybrid Learning Consultant – Negotiation

We are seeking a delivery-ready Hybrid Learning Consultant with proven Negotiation capability for assignments connected to Nanjing, China, and broader Asia.

Job Title: Nanjing Hybrid Learning Consultant – Negotiation

Category: Communication

Expertise Area: Negotiation

Location Focus: Nanjing, China

Delivery Mode: Hybrid

Location Scope: Remote / Virtual and Asia

Experience Level: Senior

Engagement Type: Multi-Session Programme

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Negotiation assignments in Nanjing, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

What You Will Support

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Nanjing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Hands-on credibility in Negotiation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

Apply / Express Interest

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

If your background aligns with this brief, please apply with an overview of your Negotiation experience, training track record, and preferred delivery model.
