Client is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver AWS Certified Solutions Architect training for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Nanjing, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Deliver structured AWS Certified Solutions Architect training sessions for client teams linked to Nanjing and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in AWS Certified Solutions Architect; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in AWS Certified Solutions Architect with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
