For upcoming Negotiation & Influence briefs, we are looking for a strong Workshop Facilitator who can engage professional audiences linked to Taichung and surrounding markets.
Role Overview
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Negotiation & Influence credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Taichung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
What You Will Support
Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation & Influence content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Negotiation & Influence training sessions for client teams linked to Taichung and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
What We Are Looking For
Clear subject-matter credibility in Negotiation & Influence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
