New Taipei-Based Senior Facilitator – Automation

We are seeking a delivery-ready Senior Facilitator with proven Automation capability for assignments connected to New Taipei, Taiwan, and broader Asia.

Brief Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Automation assignments in New Taipei, Taiwan, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Automation content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Automation training sessions for client teams linked to New Taipei and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Automation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Automation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.
