Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Odoo Development & Python and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Guangzhou and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Odoo Development & Python assignments in Guangzhou, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery Scope

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Odoo Development & Python with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Guangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Hands-on credibility in Odoo Development & Python; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.
