Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Oracle ERP and is looking for a credible Instructor who can support assignments linked to Kuwait City and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Oracle ERP credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Oracle ERP content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Oracle ERP; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
