This brief is aimed at an experienced Learning & Development Consultant with real depth in People Management and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Daegu.
Position Summary
This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on People Management credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Daegu, South Korea, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
What Success Looks Like
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make People Management content easier to apply after the session.
Who This Would Suit
Clear subject-matter credibility in People Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in People Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Daegu, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
