Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Personal Effectiveness and is looking for a credible APAC Training Advisor who can support assignments linked to Hai Phong and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Personal Effectiveness credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Hai Phong, Vietnam, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Personal Effectiveness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Hai Phong and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Personal Effectiveness; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
