- Deliver structured Train the Trainer training sessions for client teams linked to Phnom Penh and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Train the Trainer with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
Clear subject-matter credibility in Train the Trainer; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
