Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Presentation & Public Speaking and is looking for a credible Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to New Taipei and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Presentation & Public Speaking assignments in New Taipei, Taiwan, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Presentation & Public Speaking; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
