Problem Solving Instructor – Osaka

We are interested in hearing from experienced Instructor professionals who can deliver Problem Solving training for organisations operating in and around Osaka.

Opportunity Overview

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Problem Solving credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Problem Solving; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
