Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for AI for DevOps & Finance and is looking for a credible Programme Coach who can support assignments linked to Seoul and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused coach with hands-on AI for DevOps & Finance credibility and experience working with professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users in Seoul, South Korea, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make AI for DevOps & Finance content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
