Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Conflict Management expertise and experience supporting managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and across Asia. The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Conflict Management content easier to apply after the session.

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Conflict Management; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
