An upcoming client brief requires a capable coach who can lead Microsoft 365 learning engagements for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Coaching projects.

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Microsoft 365 content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Microsoft 365 training sessions for client teams linked to Pune and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Microsoft 365; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Microsoft 365 with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Pune, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
