Programme Coach for Transformation Leadership – Dhaka

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Transformation Leadership and is looking for a credible Programme Coach who can support assignments linked to Dhaka and wider regional demand.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable coach who can lead Transformation Leadership learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Transformation Leadership; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Transformation Leadership with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Dhaka, Bangladesh, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
