Client is seeking an experienced coach to deliver Workforce Planning training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Yangon, Myanmar, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workforce Planning content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Workforce Planning training sessions for client teams linked to Yangon and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
