We are seeking a delivery-ready Programme Coach with proven Cross-Cultural Leadership capability for assignments connected to Incheon, South Korea, and broader Asia.
Position Summary
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
We are building our pool of trusted coachs for Cross-Cultural Leadership assignments in Incheon, South Korea, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
What Success Looks Like
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Cross-Cultural Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Incheon and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Who This Would Suit
Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
