What You Will Support

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Succession Planning & Talent Strategy; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.
