Programme Coach (Tel Aviv) – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are seeking a delivery-ready Programme Coach with proven Diversity, Equity & Inclusion capability for assignments connected to Tel Aviv, Israel, and broader Asia.

Opportunity Overview

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused coach with hands-on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions for client teams linked to Tel Aviv and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Tel Aviv, Israel, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
