Programme Coach (Ulaanbaatar) – Innovation & Creative Thinking

This role supports the growth of our Innovation & Creative Thinking trainer pool and would suit a credible Programme Coach available for assignments associated with Ulaanbaatar.

Brief Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Innovation & Creative Thinking expertise and experience supporting corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Innovation & Creative Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Innovation & Creative Thinking training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Innovation & Creative Thinking; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Innovation & Creative Thinking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
