Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Quality Awareness and is looking for a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Singapore and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Quality Awareness learning engagements for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Singapore, Singapore, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Deliver structured Quality Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Singapore and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Quality Awareness; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
