Assignment Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on NetSuite credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Quezon City, Philippines, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

Delivery Scope

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make NetSuite content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured NetSuite training sessions for client teams linked to Quezon City and wider Asia.

Candidate Profile

Clear subject-matter credibility in NetSuite; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
