This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Excel & Spreadsheets expertise and experience supporting professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Quezon City, Philippines, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Excel & Spreadsheets content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Excel & Spreadsheets; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Excel & Spreadsheets with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Ideal candidates will have worked across Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
